New Hats in the Works
I returned from travel in late July, having missed record heat in Alexandria.
It is thrilling to be moving into some cooler weather. In addition to outdoor plans like kayaking, and going to a baseball game, August is my time to plan my Fall items for the Shop. Today I will start painting my dark colored baseball caps. Soon I will be ordering solid tote bags for printing, sweatshirts and possibly even jackets.
Hand-sewed berets and bakerboy caps are underway. I'm using the last of my Scottish tweed. And I have plush felt for an array of comfy hats and stocking caps.
Markets for me these days are West End Market at Brenman Park at Cameron Station, and weekend Pop-Up in the first block of King Street and Union Street. See my where-abouts posted at Yellowdotshop.com.
