Movie Project in the News I spent over an hour telling the earnest twenty one year old reporter my life story. She heard about my transition to computer design, and how I was inspired to tell this story of Scottish migration to our new world of America. A young photographer came to my stall at the Market.       My big news is that I now have the movie on Blu-ray discs and DVD's. This was an enormous effort which took most of last week and lots of help from my wonderful husband.   New Markets for Yellow Dot This year several sales outlets dried up for Yellow Dot Shop. Most notably the King Street Makers Pop-Up. In addition, during a trip to Williamsburg in May, I missed signing up for a Del Ray market. Along with the van-buying project which brought new costs, I realized I needed to find new markets. Some research found that I could set up in Simpson Park in a space the City of Alexandria has designated for vendor trucks. New Vendor Van for Yellow Dot On Sunday, the wind gusted suddenly and the tent heaved against its leg weights like a giant sail. The products hanging from the tent frame whipped out of their careful placement. The shirts flapped out of shape and the books threatened to fly off the table.
