You could say it is bad planning that I am now in Fairfax and Arlington more than in Alexandria!
Only because I have so many Alexandria-themed shirts, paintings, note pads, cards... The up-side is that I have expanded my t-shirt designs for the new locations. I feel it gives me more flexibility with being able to set up in new communities and meet new people. It turns out, retail is actually about the people. I miss customers who I used to see at West End Market! Once a month, I am at Gustave Art Market in Del Ray. Gustave Market is this Saturday, and the second Saturday of each month.
Before leaving for Summer break, I was cleaned out of sun hats and scarves and shirts. Now it has been a race to re-order hats, shirts and sew new scarves.
