Apple Cider, the alcoholic kind, being the original meaning of "cider." This book is by a Scot from Scotland's Highlands, who now lives in Virginia. I bought this for me, but ordered a few more for you. Our apple pie and cider tradition comes from Great Britain, and I think from the West Country, which is the south west of England. I'm still reading it and so far I am enjoying this book!
Paperback, 143 pages, includes many color and black and white photos.
Another book from The History Press in Charleston, South Carolina.
