Made in ALX Opening in North Old Town   I have had my purses, cards and Scottish Migration books in the "Made in ALX" online shop, which sells items made by local artists and writers. My items have been in the pop-up spaces they have had around Alexandria over the last two years. Now they are opening a permanent space at 533 Montgomery Street in North Old Town Alexandria! At Yellow Dot Shop, my new focus is on Art and hand-made items. The photo above was taken during a foggy morning by the Potomac River last week. The fog helped to bring the middle ground into sharper view. Moments like this have to be caught while they last.   When I was moving out of my Winter-time shop on Mt.
